Yes. The full launch service runs from creative concept and run sheet design, through venue, AV, talent, branding, PR and broker management, to on the night execution and post event reporting. One production team, one creative director, one account lead from day one.
No. We produce events across the UAE including Abu Dhabi, Sharjah, Ras Al Khaimah and Fujairah, and internationally across the key source markets for UAE property. India, KSA, UK, Russia and China are the markets we run roadshows in most often.
For a public launch event, eight to twelve weeks minimum. For a Cityscape or IPS stand, sixteen weeks minimum to allow for design, fabrication, permitting and content production. Smaller broker events can be turned around in four weeks if needed.
Yes. DTCM permits, Dubai Police clearances, civil defence approvals, venue contracts and supplier paperwork are all handled in house. The developer signs the relevant master contracts. Everything underneath sits with us.
Four metrics. Qualified guests in attendance versus invited, leads captured and entered into the CRM, broker pipeline contribution over the following 60 days, and earned media value generated. All reported in a single post event document within 48 hours.
